When she is not working, she enjoys being with her two little boys, Jack and Theodore, and spending time as a family. To decompress and reduce stress she loves to cook, dance, and be outside.
Stephanie Hart LAc, DACM

Dr. Stephanie Hart is a nationally board-certified acupuncturist and herbalist dedicated to helping patients restore balance and achieve optimal well-being. She earned her Clinical Doctorate of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine (DACM) from Daoist Traditions College of Chinese Medical Arts in Asheville, following a Bachelor of Science degree from the United States Coast Guard Academy.
Her journey into acupuncture began during her time in the Coast Guard, where she experienced firsthand the limitations of Western medicine. After years of struggling with chronic sinus pain and despite having tried multiple treatment options, Stephanie found immediate relief from a single acupuncture treatment. This transformative experience sparked a deep curiosity about holistic healing and set her on a path to explore the body’s natural ability to heal itself.
Stephanie treats a diverse spectrum of conditions while specializing in women’s health, fertility, and prenatal and postpartum care, helping women navigate all stages of their reproductive journey. She believes that true healing begins with creating space for the body to reset itself and guides her patients with a gentle touch, deep listening, and an intuitive approach. Her treatments blend acupuncture with cupping, gua sha, tui na massage, herbal medicine, food therapy, essential oils, and lifestyle recommendations. Above all, she is passionate about empowering patients to make sustainable life changes that support their overall health.
Outside of Hearth, Stephanie finds peace in the quiet of nature, whether she’s gardening, sailing, or hiking with her two sons, husband, and husky. She also enjoys baking, reading, and drawing inspiration from The First 40 Days, a book that reflects her approach to nourishment and healing.
