Your initial visit will last between 90 to 120 minutes. There will be a detailed intake followed by a treatment. At the end of your visit we will discuss dietary and lifestyle recommendations, herbal protocols and dosage, and a detailed treatment plan.

Fertility Support Package ~ $585 – 6 visits (15% off)
This treatment package is designed to support you throughout your fertility journey and optimize preconception health. Whether your desire is to optimize fertility, support hormonal balance and conception, or guidance as you navigate assisted reproductive treatments, this package is aimed to empower and help build a solid foundation for pregnancy and postpartum. In treatment we will utilize lifestyle and dietary recommendations, relaxation techniques, cycle tracking, and provide herbal and micronutrient recommendations through each phase in addition to East Asian medicine treatment protocols. This package consists of 6 visits for $585, this is 15% off for $97.75 a session. Please note this package does not include the initial visit.

Pregnancy Support Package ~ $585 – 6 visits (15% off)
This package is designed to offer support throughout your entire pregnancy and postpartum. It includes 6 one hour visits for $585 ($97.75 per visit at 15% off). There is the option to add 6 additional visits at 15% off as well. Care during pregnancy is unique and some mamas find that they prefer more support at different times in pregnancy and postpartum, this package offers you the ability to spread them out in the most supportive way that works for you. It may begin at any point in pregnancy or postpartum and is for new and existing patients. This package supports pregnancy discomforts that may arise in each trimester as well as supporting more complicated pregnancies offering support, compassion, and personalized care. In treatment you will also receive lifestyle, dietary, and herbal support to help you navigate pregnancy and postpartum. Toward the end of the third trimester we will begin birth preparation to help prepare your body for labor and delivery and a healthy postpartum. This phase of treatments beginning in week 36 work to ripen the cervix, calm your mind, boost your energy, ensure baby is in the optimal right position, facilitate the onset of contractions, and relieve pain and promote relaxation for a gentle, efficient, and healthy labor, delivery, and postpartum. I strongly believe in Chinese medicine’s ability to support women during this phase of life and provide a strong foundation for a healthy labor and postpartum.

Fertility Consultation ~ $375- includes 3 visits: initial 90 minute visit and two 45 minute follow up appointments.
If you are craving more guidance and support through your fertility journey and not quite ready to add acupuncture, this is a wonderful place to start. These visits, provided by Kerry, will address preconception health, a review of your health history, and a comprehensive treatment plan tailored to your body. Whether you’re just beginning to think about growing your family or considering IVF, this one on one support will help guide you through. These visits can be in person or virtual and will include a detailed intake and treatment plan. Please note this does not include acupuncture. Book through the website or by text or email.

Micro and Nano Needling ~

Micro and nano needling (also known as Collagen Induction Therapy), use very fine single-use sterile needles to penetrate the skin’s surface to treat a wide variety of skin conditions. By creating pinpricks on the skin’s surface, it will immediately begin to repair itself by producing new collagen and elastin as well as new capillaries to improve blood supply. When added to an acupuncture treatment, they work together to improve the skin’s health by stimulating the skin to heal itself in addition to addressing underlying causes such as stress, lack of sleep, or an imbalance in the body. As a result, your skin will be firmer, smoother, and more toned. Micro and nano needling address hyperpigmentation, acne, scars, wrinkles, stretch marks, and hair regrowth on the scalp or eyebrows.

SCHEDULE CHANGES

Our cancellation policy asks that if you need to cancel you allow 24 hours so that the appointment time may be offered to someone on the waiting list. If you are unable to cancel within that time frame, a fee of the cost of your visit will be charged. Arriving more than 15 minutes after the start of your visit is considered a missed appointment. Note that I do not charge for COVID related illness. Please note that payment is due at the time of service and that packages should be requested prior to visit.

FAQ

Does acupuncture hurt?
While acupuncture should not be painful you may feel a sensation when the needles are inserted, often the sensation may be sharp or dull and achy. Keep in mind that sensation may vary between person to person, and if you experience discomfort it should only last for 1 to 2 seconds and will quickly dissipate. Acupuncture needles are very thin and your provider will work with you to make sure that you feel comfortable throughout the entire experience. If you have had a negative experience in the past, I invite you to try acupuncture again. All providers have a different touch and intensity. Once the needles are inserted most patients feel a calming and uplifting sensation; many fall asleep or feel deeply relaxed.

How many treatments will it take?
This varies greatly from patient to patient and there is no “magic” number of visits, but keep in mind that acupuncture and Chinese medicine is cumulative, this means the more regular your visits the more benefit you will see. Treatment duration also takes into consideration the severity and extent of the condition. Typically I recommend weekly treatments for a minimum of 4 to 6 weeks. However, I understand cost or time may be an issue and I work with patients within their time frame and budget. Additionally, the more a patient is involved in their own health and wellness goals to support healing the bigger difference he or she will notice. That being said many people see improvement in their digestion, sleep, mental well being, and energy within the first few visits.

For fertility treatments it is best to plan for 3 to 6 months or even as long as 9 months of regular visits. The life cycle of an egg is 90 days therefore to really impact follicular development we need adequate time for change. When working with the endocrine system the shifts and changes you experience may be more subtle and may take longer. Over time you will begin to see very impactful changes in your body, fertility, and overall health.

Is acupuncture during pregnancy safe?
Absolutely! Acupuncture in pregnancy is a wonderful way to connect with your baby, your body, and to help ease the discomforts that come with the natural changes that occur in your body during this time. It is important to work with a provider who is skilled and has experience in working with patients who are pregnant. It is also important that your provider helps you feel empowered, heard, and cared for during this time.

What can I expect during my first visit?
In your first visit we will begin with a detailed and comprehensive intake, go over all your questions and concerns, receive a treatment, and then go over your individual treatment plan and recommendations. This appointment will last 90 to 120 minutes.

Will I need to take herbs or supplements?
This varies from patient to patient. Typically I give herbal recommendations to all my patients and you have the power to choose whether or not that resonates with you. Herbal medicine is a powerful way to continue your care outside the treatment room and feel empowered on your journey to health and well being. I find that those who take herbs in addition to receiving regular acupuncture treatments see the most benefit.

How soon after delivery should I come in for postpartum care?
This is different for each patient, just as our pregnancy and birth experiences vary greatly so does our postpartum experience. Many choose to come in within 4 to 6 weeks postpartum but the best time to return is when you feel called to and have space for incorporating more self care into your routine as a mama.
